Job Summary
We are seeking a ACD to drive the creative vision for our brand, developing compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our audience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can craft engaging storytelling across various platforms, from digital and social media to brand manifestos and product packaging. The ideal candidate is not only a gifted writer but also a creative leader who can manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee production processes with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development of compelling brand narratives, campaigns, and messaging across multiple channels.
- Own and execute high-impact storytelling, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Manage content production from concept through execution, including manifestos, scripts, digital content, and social media copy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and leadership to develop strategic content that aligns with business goals.
- Present ideas and concepts effectively to internal stakeholders, articulating creative rationale and ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Oversee production and post-production processes, working closely with designers, videographers, and other creative partners.
- Mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Adapt and refine messaging based on performance analytics, audience insights, and evolving brand objectives.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Proven track record of developing and executing creative brand-building campaigns.
- Strong portfolio or samples showcasing storytelling, copywriting, and conceptual thinking across various mediums.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience crafting multi-channel content (digital, social, print, video, etc.).
- Hands-on production experience with an understanding of creative execution.
- Expert-level storytelling, with the ability to translate brand identity into compelling messaging.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative environment.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving brand environments.
Compensation & Location
Compensation at H2o wineWater varies depending on multiple factors, including experience and skill level. In compliance with California law, we provide a reasonable salary range for this role.
Location: Hybrid / San Francisco, CA
Annual Salary Range: $68,400 – $184,800
