Harvest 2023 has officially ended with Chardonnay!

Friends,

Harvest 2023 (including crush, fermentations, and barreling down) officially ended for us last week. What a marathon! We found ourselves reminiscing about an emotional line from the cult classic Sideways:

“I like to think about what was going on the year the grapes were growing. I like to think about how the sun was shining that summer, and what the weather was like. I think about all those people who tended and picked the grapes. And if it’s an old wine, how many of them must be dead by now.”

Introduced our inaugural release of H2o Chardonnay – a vibrant and refreshing wine with subtle hints of oak and butter. Crafted using old world winemaking techniques, our approach highlights the fruit flavors and enhances the overall mouthfeel. H2o Chardonnay is sure to captivate your senses, bringing an elegant touch to any celebration.

Well, it was a beautiful, unforgettable harvest here in Sonoma County, California. And everyone on our team is still alive this year, thank goodness. The grapes were truly sublime, and the weather held perfectly. Energy and excitement is still running high in the winery; we’re loving the evolution of this delicious 2023 juice.
